On #EqualPayDay, Paola Santana, CEO & Founder at GLASS, and Gerardo Mateo, Government Software R&D Lead at GLASS, attended a celebration of California Equal Pay Pledge signatories at the California Governor's Mansion, alongside the First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with California's government leadership.

The Pledge is part of the #EqualPayCA initiative, led by the Office of California Governor Gavin Newsom in partnership with the California Labor & Workforce Development Agency, the California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, and the California Partners Project. This reception recognized the equal pay champions in California, with over 100 companies already signing the pledge.
