On March 14th, Isabel Torron, UX/UI Designer at GLASS and a former NASA UX designer attended the Latin American and the Caribbean High-Level Conference 2023 in Mexico City.
She participated in the Science and Technology in Society forum, where she had the opportunity to hear from industry leaders on various topics, including alternative energies, startups in Latin America, and actions that young entrepreneurs from LATAM and the Caribbean can take to create sustainable, innovative, and inclusive business ecosystems.
During the forum, Isabel had the chance to connect with the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic in Mexico, María Isabel Castillo Báez, and her team at the Dominican Embassy in Mexico.
Congratulations to AMEXCID, the STS committee, the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Japan External Trade Organization for organizing this incredible event.
