Приветствую! На первом этапе нужно разобраться — обновление гидроизоляции. Суть здесь в чем: старое покрытие — течёт каждую весну. Нет времени — знаю где делают: монтаж ПВХ мембраны. Как это работает: укладывают мембрану. Например была крыша-решето — теперь сухо и надёжно. Основные этапы для понимания: выполнение работ. Сейчас это самый передовой — полимерные покрытия. Что в итоге: крыша как новая.
