Gisela Montes | GLASS | 10.05.2023

After unveiling the 2023 edition of GovTech Groundbreakers, we're excited to introduce you to the people behind the decision. In this year's edition, we've had the privilege of collaborating with outstanding partners who've been with us every step of the way in selecting this year's winners.

As you might already know, this year we teamed up with Agência Moove, BrazilLab, PUBLIC, CG Moving Co., and IA LAB, and Not only did they provide their dedicated organizational support, but they also each appointed a member of their team to serve on the jury panel responsible for selecting the GovTech Groundbreakers of 2023. Let’s meet them!

💥 Gabriel M. Fuscaldo, CEO at Agência Moove: As a full-service agency with over 50 dedicated professionals, Agência Moove creates powerful connections using cutting-edge tools and creative expertise. They're also a GovTech agency, specializing in bridging the gap between the public sector and the population through technology, data, and engaging content. We had the support of Agência Moove's CEO, Gabriel M. Fuscaldo, as a panel judge. In close collaboration with Gabriel, we've received invaluable support from the Agência Moove team, who not only conceived, designed, and produced the captivating video that brought GovTech Groundbreakers 2023 to prominence but also made it widely recognized.

People from different countries shared why they should be the 2023 GovTech Groundbreakers. I had the honor of being one of the judges and meeting many stories and people who are making GovTech happen around the world. And, led by the talented Marcello Branco, the Moove team wanted to collaborate with the creation of the reveal video,” said Gabriel.

💥 Guilherme D. F. Dominguez, Co-Founder & CEO at BrazilLab: BrazilLAB is an innovation hub that accelerates solutions and connects entrepreneurs with the government. We were honored to have Johnny representing PUBLIC as our sole European partner among the jury members. Johnny shares our strong commitment to transforming governments, with a focus on reshaping public procurement practices.

When we asked him what it meant to be a part of the jury panel that selected the GovTech Groundbreakers 2023, he shared: “It was brilliant to see such an inspiring, talented set of GovTech leaders, working in so many different countries and regions. It was a privilege to read about their achievements.
